A good or better copy of the first printing of this work, now uniformly toned as both book and dust jacket were printed on highly acidic wartime paper stock. Bell jacket largely complete but fragile and split along spine's front panel fold with losses at crown, toe and, most recently, a portion of the spine itself after being carelessly handled. Lowered price reflects the losses.
