BUT IT STILL GOES ON AN ACCUMULATION.

London: Jonathan Cape, [1930]. Bright green cloth, lettered in gilt. Spine very faintly sunned, gilt bright, some fox marks along top edge, but a very good copy, without dust jacket. Laid in is a publisher's prospectus for two novels by E. Arnot Robertson, THREE CAME UNARMED (1929), and CULLUM (1928). First edition, the less common second state, with leaf 157/8 a cancel, without reference to "the child she bare," which is present in the first state. Graves, in his foreword, indicates that "this book must be read rather as a appendix than as a progressive sequel to my recent autobiography." HIGGINSON & WILLIAMS A35b. Item #138
